Five connoisseurs of the Construction Industry having a combined experience of one Century converged to build enticing, charming, and flawless homes. Fourteen years ago we started "Foundations, Developers & Promoters" - a partnership firm. In 2010 we floated a company "FN Infrastructures Pvt Ltd". We have developed more than 8.00 lakh Square feet to date.
The upper management at Foundations has the mastery, ability, and know-how to drive strategy and deliver impeccable execution through essential business operations. Foundations have a reputation for high-grade design & build, sound leadership, and good management practices.

Our completed projects are Foundations Prime and Pride, Foundations Shankara, Foundations Green Grass, Foundations Prakruthi, Foundations Sudarshana, Foundations Pruthvi, Foundations Silver Springs, Foundations Pearl, Foundations Silicon, and Foundations Dhiya.

- Our first project, "Foundations Prime & Pride", is a recipient of the prestigious "Best Project of the Year 2013" award (below 50 flats category) from CREDAI, Mysuru.
- Our Signature Project "Foundations Silver Springs" has bagged the ACCE (I) Mysuru Ultra Tech Award 2017 for Multi-Storeyed Concrete Structure.
- "Foundations Silver Springs is the only skyscraper in Mysuru, with an Indian Green Building Council "Green Homes 2018" Silver certification
- Real Estate Excellence Awards 2019 - Leading Real Estate Developer of the Year presented by Begin up Research Intelligence Pvt Ltd.
